Description:
Brafton is a leading content marketing firm with offices in Boston, London, and Sydney, focused on creating result-driven strategies and content for clients.
The Web Projects Lead is a key member of the UX team, responsible for leading website redesign projects by combining client and industry research with web best practices.
Key responsibilities include examining site analytics to inform redesign strategies, developing site navigation and information architecture, and conducting content analysis based on strategic goals.
The role involves designing and building website content using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, Hubspot, and Webflow, as well as reviewing mockups with a focus on UX and CRO.
The Web Projects Lead ensures that new websites align with client branding and messaging and communicates requirements clearly with stakeholders.
The position also includes leading project organization and adherence to processes for smooth website redesigns, developing user journey maps, and implementing A/B testing.
Additional tasks may involve UX, market research, and brand consultancy projects, such as survey creation, persona development, and brand messaging consultations.
The role requires executing deliverables under the supervision of the Chief Services Officer and collaborating with design and development teams.
The Web Projects Lead will track projects in Brafton's project management application and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards.
The position may also involve exploring new service offerings and gaining insights into industry trends.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Exceptional writing skills are required for effective content creation.
Comfort and efficacy with spreadsheets are necessary for data analysis.
Knowledge of the evolving digital search landscape and content marketing is important.
Familiarity with website design and UX best practices is required.
Technical knowledge of WordPress and other widely used CMS platforms is necessary.
