The Applied AI team is looking for a Research Engineer to build AI agents for financial planning and analysis, focusing on leveraging LLMs to automate workflows.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a product mindset and be eager to understand customer problems to build appropriate solutions.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is required.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, particularly generative models and LLMs, is essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for finance teams is required.
Exposure or interest in finance, particularly in FP&A, is important.
