Honeycomb is an observability platform for teams managing important software, allowing them to send any data to a unique data store and solve problems with relevant context.
The company is looking for a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to transform data into insights that drive strategies across Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
This role will influence the go-to-market approach, customer journey, and overall business growth by providing data-driven clarity.
The analyst will be embedded in GTM teams, connecting data points across the customer journey and collaborating with finance and the data team.

Responsibilities include mastering GTM metrics, generating insightful analysis, building self-service tools, delivering actionable insights, communicating findings effectively, creating scalable processes, monitoring key metrics, and recommending solutions for improvement.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) and partners like Finance, Data, and Product in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets are required, with advanced proficiency in creating models, managing large datasets, and using pivot tables and formulas for data analysis.
Experience in accessing, manipulating, and visualizing data using SQL and BI tools is necessary, along with the ability to build dashboards that drive insights.
A strong understanding of core GTM metrics, including MQLs, marketing campaign influence, SQLs, pipeline health, retention, and win rates is essential.
Candidates must be analytical and solution-oriented, capable of translating data into clear, actionable insights that impact strategy.
Great communication skills are required to present complex data in accessible language, focusing on insights that drive decision-making.

The base compensation for this role ranges from $105,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
