Remote RoR Technical Team Lead

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled RoR Technical Team Lead to join our client's dynamic team.
• In this role, you will lead a distributed team of three engineers located in Germany, India, and Ukraine.
• You will be responsible for architecting, building, reviewing code, and planning while collaborating closely with the team and management.
• This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, and an understanding of front-end technologies, including Angular and React Native.
• Responsibilities include leading a team of 3 engineers across different time zones, architecting and implementing scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, collaborating with front-end engineers, reviewing code, managing sprints, and communicating with the Head of Engineering.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (RoR) with a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• Experience working with front-end technologies such as Angular and React Native is necessary.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote, cross-functional teams are essential.
• A proven ability to architect and design backend systems is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across different time zones are necessary.
• Availability to overlap with CST working hours for effective collaboration with the team in Dallas is required.

Benefits:
