Description:

Huzzle is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join a fast-growing SaaS platform that supports the creator economy.
The position is remote, allowing for flexible working hours on Indian time.
The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend systems that support the core SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Ruby on Rails applications, working with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
The role involves writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing backend systems.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams on new features and technical improvements is essential, as well as helping to improve internal processes and developer experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2–4 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and MVC architecture is required.
Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is necessary.
Experience with background jobs, caching, and performance optimization is expected.
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment is essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Bonus points for experience with the creator economy, Stripe API, or similar SaaS platforms.
