They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team as they scale their platform and features.
The job responsibilities include developing and implementing new features using Ruby on Rails, participating in solving complex technical and architectural problems, and collaborating with frontend developers and internal teams on platform enhancements.
The developer will contribute to full lifecycle development, including deployment and delivery, and ensure code quality, performance, and security across all solutions.
The role requires working in an agile environment and participating in daily team collaboration.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
Solid frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are required.
Familiarity with Git, PostgreSQL, AWS, Node, Webpack, Oracle Cloud, Vue, and Yarn is necessary.
Experience with Unix Shell scripting is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Candidates must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative and agile team environment.
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
An active NBI Clearance must be held by the candidate.
