Description:
- Work remotely as a senior Ruby on Rails developer for a U.S. based company.
- Collaborate with small teams to develop products using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Apply Agile methodologies to software development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and occasionally lead small teams.
- Participate in pair programming sessions, design tasks, and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer in the software development industry.
- At least 3 years of coding experience with Ruby and familiarity with JavaScript.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL database and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers, work on abstract development, and product development from documents.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (90% English Level).
