Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Rust Engineer to join our team at a rapidly growing AI startup.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative SaaS solutions aimed at helping medium-sized companies implement sustainability management and comply with EU regulations.
As a Rust Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining critical backend services for our core product.
You'll work closely with a small, passionate team to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure software.

Requirements:

You must have at least 2-3 years of professional experience specifically with Rust.
You should have at least 4-5+ years of overall software engineering experience.
A solid understanding of Rust's core concepts, memory management, and concurrency is required.
You need experience with building and deploying production-grade backend services.
Familiarity with common software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, design patterns) is necessary.
Experience with testing methodologies (unit tests, integration tests) is expected.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
