Description:

This position requires a highly analytical Senior Planner to focus on the development and enhancement of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Models.
The analyst will work closely with business partners to gather requirements, build and maintain SAC Planning Applications, and ensure they meet business needs.
Strong financial modeling skills and expertise in SAC Advanced Formulas and Javascript are essential.
Responsibilities include designing and building sophisticated planning models across key business areas such as Revenue, Opex, Capex, and HR.
The role involves managing data loads from various sources (SAP S/4, HANA), performing data validation, and ensuring data quality.
The analyst will collaborate with FP&A to understand their needs, develop custom solutions, and deliver critical financial reports and analyses.
A deep understanding of SAC features (data actions, multi actions, calendar schedules) and best practices is required.
The position also requires effective communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
Prior finance/modeling/planning experience is necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is required.
WorkForce planning experience, including HR data, people, salary, and bonuses, is essential.
Candidates must have sound fundamentals in financial knowledge and strong analytical/data modeling abilities.
Excellent English language skills are required for effective communication.
