Remote Sales Data Analyst

Description:

• Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to join their team remotely in the United States.
• The role involves the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to enhance overall sales productivity.
• Responsibilities include compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data, monitoring competitive activity, and analyzing customer and market trends.
• The analyst will provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams and review past and current sales data to identify productivity trends.
• The position requires presenting actionable information and insights, creating new reports and dashboards, and supporting sales management with KPI/Scorecard development and distribution.
• The analyst will maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and act as a Salesforce super user for CRM maintenance and standardization.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required, with a preference for candidates who are Salesforce Certified Administrators.
• Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong project management and effective time management skills are essential.
• Candidates should have high-level experience in methodologies and processes for data collection.
• The role requires a self-motivated and flexible individual capable of managing multiple and often changing priorities.
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is required.
• A strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality and accuracy are crucial.
