Clipboard Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Data Analyst to join the Sales Operations team.
The role involves analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
The Sales Data Analyst will develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas to streamline data analysis processes.
The position requires utilizing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases for comprehensive analysis.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
The analyst will generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and address specific business challenges is also part of the role.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within a sales-focused environment is required.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with complex formulas is necessary.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential, with a live whiteboarding session during the interview process.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis is crucial.
Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Python, is a nice to have.
Proficiency in DBT, Snowflake, Metabase, and/or Hex is also considered a plus.
The candidate should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
An analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights is important.
A proactive and adaptable approach with a continuous improvement mindset is desired.
