Description:

  • The Sales Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • This role involves leading tailored product demonstrations that are deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers.
  • The engineer will collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases.
  • Coordination with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions is essential.
  • The position requires responding to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assisting in building proof-of-concept trials when needed.
  • Analyzing prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ROI, and support sales strategies is a key responsibility.
  • The Sales Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort in working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams are essential.
  • Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation is necessary.
  • Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs is considered a bonus.
