Description:
Thunder is seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Administrator to join its Managed Services Team (Amplify) in the Philippines.
The position is remote, with availability during US time zones.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for strategic engagements with clients, specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Daily responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce applications and third-party integrations, as well as business process analysis, design, configuration, and deployment.
The role includes being assigned as a Co-Project Lead on Accounts and providing oversight on a team of resources, holding responsibility for the general direction of various projects.
Key responsibilities include working with clients to understand and analyze their business processes, collaborating with team members to define and document requirements, resolving medium to high priority cases within specified SLAs, handling complex administrative functions, providing end-user support, and being the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants and Administrators.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Salesforce consulting experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
A minimum of 1 year of Business Analyst or equivalent experience related to tasks in Salesforce is required.
Candidates must hold at least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications and be willing to achieve 4 Active Salesforce certifications within the first 6 months of employment.
Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce App Builder.
Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, and Salesforce Certified AI Specialist.
Candidates should have a great work ethic, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
A creative mindset with critical thinking for problem-solving is essential.
Candidates must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and possess effective communication skills to translate technical requirements into business language.
