Mindex seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer to join its Software Development division, which assists enterprise organizations in the full software development lifecycle.
The role involves developing and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing complex business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing data migrations and integrations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring best practices, participating in code reviews, and staying updated with Salesforce technologies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex is necessary.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs is required.
A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model is essential.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs is needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders are necessary.
Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
