We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Voice Solutions to join our team.
The ideal candidate will specialize in configuring voice-enabled CRM systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging AI-powered insights to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.
This position allows for remote work from anywhere in Latam.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on implementing Salesforce Voice Solutions.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
Experience with AI and analytics tools, such as Salesforce Einstein or other predictive insight platforms.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
Familiarity with API integrations and middleware tools for voice and data synchronization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
Fluent in English.
