Description:

  • The role is for a Full-Stack Salesforce Developer Support at Expedite Commerce, where you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical challenges and user experience issues.
  • You will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for enhancing technical design and troubleshooting.
  • The position requires exceeding customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • You will coordinate the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring timely and complete problem-solving.
  • Responsibilities include researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration with the Product Team on issues will be necessary when required.
  • You will develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality to assist customers effectively.
  • Creating knowledge base materials to enhance operational efficiency and empower the support community is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of work experience in Engineering, Programming, or Technical Support is required. A minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce Development Experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Support or Customer Service in a customer-facing role is required.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and advance customer issues as needed is necessary.
  • Candidates must be able to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications and other cloud-based technologies is required.
  • Salesforce Active Certifications such as Admin 201, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer 1 are mandatory.
  • Experience with CPQ and/or Subscription Billing is preferred.
  • Experience in building Salesforce AppExchange products is a plus.
  • A willingness to work in a 24x7 operational environment, including rotational shifts, is required to ensure seamless business continuity.
