Description:

Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a marketing automation Platform Architect to join their Martech Engineering team.
The role involves interfacing with a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists, and digital marketing specialists.
The candidate will develop a deep understanding of each client's business and data to ensure campaign solutions align with marketing objectives.
Responsibilities include translating business and technical requirements into detailed solutions for cross-channel campaign execution.
The position requires support for in-platform development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
The architect will serve as a technical subject matter expert for internal and client teams, providing troubleshooting, training, and knowledge sharing.
Additional tasks include providing campaign QA, testing, deployment support, and managing workflow across multiple campaign projects.
The role also involves supporting senior team members during project estimation and platform discovery engagements.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience is required.
The candidate should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Software Development role with data-driven applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with a marketing automation platform is preferred.
Certification in the relevant platform is preferred.
The candidate must be an experienced data modeler in relational database systems and proficient in writing SQL queries.
Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML is required, while familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding is a plus.
Agency experience is preferred, particularly in a client-facing role with knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with other industry-leading campaign orchestration platforms is a plus.
