Description:

Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Architect to join their Martech Engineering team.
The role involves interfacing with a large, cross-functional team including developers, solution architects, marketing strategists, and digital marketing specialists.
The architect will develop a deep understanding of each client's business and data to ensure campaign solutions align with marketing objectives.
Responsibilities include translating business and technical requirements into detailed solutions for cross-channel campaign execution.
The position requires support for in-platform development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
The architect will serve as a technical subject matter expert for internal and client teams, providing troubleshooting, training, and knowledge sharing.
Additional tasks include supporting platform configuration, development, optimization, campaign QA, testing, and deployment.
The architect will work closely with project management to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple campaign projects.
Support for senior team members during project estimation and platform discovery engagements is also required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Software Development role focused on data-driven applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.
Candidates should be experienced data modelers in relational database systems and proficient in writing SQL queries.
Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML is required.
Familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding is a plus but not mandatory.
Agency experience is preferred, particularly in a client-facing role with knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with other industry-leading campaign orchestration platforms is a plus.
