Description:

The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solutions Architect in Colombia, working full-time and requiring experience.
The role involves supporting the development of marketing emails, push notifications, and other communications for the Consumer Communications Operations team.
The team is responsible for building and sending consumer marketing communications that reach millions of users.
The architect will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize communications for a great consumer experience.
Responsibilities include integrating new data sources with SFMC, auditing the existing setup, investigating communication issues, and recommending changes for security and scalability.
The role also involves improving SFMC monitoring and alerting, implementing recommended changes, gathering requirements, and providing technical consultation and training on SFMC features.
Staying updated on emerging marketing technologies and industry best practices is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with at least 1 year as an SFMC Solutions Architect preferred.
A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is preferred.
Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and implementation activities is required.
A strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Experience in designing and implementing database schemas is essential.
Candidates must be able to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly are required.
Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, JIRA, Notion, and Google Sheets is a plus.
