Description:

  • The Salesforce Platform & Web Developer will be part of the IT Operations team at VentureWell, responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and systems.
  • The role involves managing macOS, Linux, and SaaS infrastructure, handling IT support escalations, and improving technology experience for end users.
  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining WordPress websites, integrating WordPress with external systems, ensuring accessibility-first solutions, and optimizing website speed and performance.
  • The position also involves serving as the lead developer for VentureWell's Salesforce instance, developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and other technologies, and providing technical leadership for systems integrations and custom code.
  • The role reports to the Director of Information Technology and requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Wordpress/JS/CSS development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) space.
  • Proficiency in relational databases, Salesforce.com architecture, Visualforce, Lightning Pages, Apex classes, PHP, HTML, modern JavaScript, MySQL, react, Vue, REST APIs, SOAP-based web services, and SalesForce DevOps tools.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications, utilizing project management skills, and exceptional business analysis and functional experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and learn new tools and work processes quickly.
