Description:

  • Softrams is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team, focusing on developing solutions in Salesforce.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team members to drive innovation using the Salesforce platform.
  • The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
  • Candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing code reviews.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience and 5 years of overall IT industry experience is required.
  • Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components and Apex.
  • Experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder is required.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is necessary.
  • Some experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware, is required.
  • Knowledge of deployments using Copado, GIT, and CI/CD is a must.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer are preferred.
