Description:
Softrams is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team, focusing on developing solutions in Salesforce.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team members to drive innovation using the Salesforce platform.
The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing code reviews.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience and 5 years of overall IT industry experience is required.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components and Apex.
Experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder is required.
Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is necessary.
Some experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware, is required.
Knowledge of deployments using Copado, GIT, and CI/CD is a must.
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer are preferred.
