Remote Salesforce Software Engineer (Senior)

Description:

• Softrams is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team, focusing on developing solutions in Salesforce.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team members to drive innovation using the Salesforce platform.
• The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, performing code reviews, and ensuring projects meet business requirements.
• The candidate should be adaptable and willing to assist with tasks outside typical developer responsibilities, such as mentoring and technical documentation.
• Collaboration with cross-functional team members is essential for planning and executing project sprints.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience and 7 years of overall IT industry experience is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform customization, including Lightning components and Apex, or declarative development using Workflows and Process Builder is necessary.
• Previous experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware, is essential.
• Knowledge of deployments using Copado, GIT, and CI/CD is a must.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
• Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer are preferred.
