Description:
Softrams is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team, focusing on developing solutions in Salesforce.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team members to drive innovation using the Salesforce platform.
The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, performing code reviews, and ensuring projects meet business requirements.
The candidate should be adaptable and willing to assist with tasks outside typical developer responsibilities, such as mentoring and technical documentation.
Collaboration with cross-functional team members is essential for planning and executing project sprints.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience and 7 years of overall IT industry experience is required.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform customization, including Lightning components and Apex, or declarative development using Workflows and Process Builder is necessary.
Previous experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware, is essential.
Knowledge of deployments using Copado, GIT, and CI/CD is a must.
Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer are preferred.
