Description:
The Salesforce Solution Architect will take ownership of all requests for the organization, including change management and governance.
This role requires effective communication, prioritization, and management of all aspects of Salesforce projects.
The architect's understanding of solution design and its considerations will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales funnel.
Responsibilities include maintaining a complex Salesforce org that utilizes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
The architect will collaborate with internal business partners to simplify and enhance processes.
A roadmap will be created, and priorities will be defined for Salesforce projects.
The Salesforce DevOps process will be managed, along with proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and system health checks.
Requirements:
An active Salesforce Administrator certification and at least 7 years of experience as an administrator are required.
A strong understanding of solution design and its considerations, including concepts in the Salesforce architect domain and Flow design, is necessary.
Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Support stakeholders, along with a high-level understanding of relevant best practices in each area, is essential.
Candidates must have experience managing complex deployments.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
Strong documentation and organization skills must be a routine part of project work.
Nice to haves include experience with Salesforce CPQ administration and Advanced Approvals, Knowledge Articles, and Experience Cloud, as well as additional certifications such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or CPQ.

The salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
