Description:
This role is for a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on solving complex business problems and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions.
The position is remote and based in India, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
The architect will lead requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and define project scope.
Responsibilities include designing efficient Salesforce architectures, creating technical diagrams, and ensuring integration with third-party applications and AI tools.
The role involves implementing automation strategies to enhance user experience and drive efficiency.
The architect will act as a trusted advisor, mentor developers, and stay updated on Salesforce innovations and technologies.

Participation in mentorship and diversity initiatives is also expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across various clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
A proven track record as a Solution Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations is required.
Deep expertise in designing scalable, integrated, and automated Salesforce solutions is essential.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities are necessary to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US and UK markets, is preferred.
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning are important for this role.
Familiarity with Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions is also preferred.
