Description:
CoreSphere is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to develop full application architecture and solutions that translate business requirements into functioning software systems.
The position is 100% remote and involves working with a team to gather client requirements and develop Salesforce solutions with robust documentation.
The Salesforce Architect will design and implement scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities include designing end-to-end scalable Salesforce solutions, defining architecture strategies, creating technical design documents, and leading the development of Salesforce solutions.
The role also involves overseeing customization, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and architecting integrations with external systems.
The architect will define data governance policies, optimize data migration strategies, and work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring compliance with security best practices are also key responsibilities.
The architect will monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with executives to define Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and at least 3 years in architecture.
Hands-on experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and migrations is required.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is necessary.
Candidates should have expertise in Salesforce architecture and design patterns, with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, Salesforce DevOps tools, and security best practices is essential.
Familiarity with various Salesforce clouds and data migration tools is required.
Candidates must hold at least 3 Salesforce architect certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Desired certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Marketing, Experience, or Health Cloud Certifications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are necessary, along with leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Candidates must be Permanent Residents or US Citizens authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a federal government background check.
