Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of industry expertise in sectors such as retail, financial services, hospitality, or high tech.
A minimum of 5+ years designing solutions and/or developing Salesforce applications is required.
The candidate should have at least 3+ years in technology consulting, serving as a client-facing Solution Architect.
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Community, Einstein, Marketing, Media, and Commerce Cloud is necessary.
Strong expertise in technical design, CRM integration, and business process optimization is essential.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs, and automation tools is required.
Proven ability to lead technical requirements gathering, solution design, and enterprise system architecture is a must.
Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical project teams is necessary.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required, capable of engaging at both product and executive levels.
Familiarity with Salesforce-compatible third-party solutions relevant to different industries is preferred.
The candidate must be able to work from 9AM-5PM Eastern Time.
