Description:

Everpeak is seeking a Salesforce Consultant/Administrator to join their team as a remote 1099 contractor.
The position requires a commitment of 5-10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance and client availability.
Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions and solution architecture workshops, serving as the point of contact for client projects, and performing health checks and org assessments of the Salesforce platform.
The role involves translating client needs into technical requirements, building and configuring Salesforce components, and understanding API capabilities for integration.
The consultant will proactively find solutions for clients, tackle code-related tasks independently, and validate configurations through testing.
Additional duties include analyzing data, implementing data hygiene practices, and mentoring junior team members on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of full-time experience working on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud configurations.
Applicants should not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be a business-led thinker who can provide actionable solutions to client problems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend opportunities are essential.
A Salesforce admin certification is required, with additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II being helpful.
Significant experience with Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, and Autolaunched Flows, is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an Agile environment with weekly sprints and possess effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with peers and internal teams to achieve shared business outcomes is required.
