The company is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce environments for reporting, compliance, and business operations.
Responsibilities include managing system updates, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, maintaining documentation, conducting post-implementation reviews, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, providing technical support, managing integrations, overseeing duplicate management, and continuously improving automation workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and data management.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.
A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices is required.
Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Candidates should be able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
