Description:
The Salesforce Tech Lead will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
They will have extensive experience with Salesforce, Apex, and Flows, as well as with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration.
The Tech Lead will work on a microservice architecture and platform-based development, contributing to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications.
Responsibilities also include process improvement, impediment removal, and coaching and mentoring team leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
10+ years of experience in software development, with experience leading a team and as a technical or team lead.
Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, object-oriented software design, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, software development, software engineering, and C#.
Desire to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
