Remote Salesforce Technical Lead [SDFC, Revenue Billing, Billing Systems]

Description:

• As a Billing Systems Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce Billing and CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• You will report to the Associate Director of Business Systems.
• The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that drive business success.
• You will provide extended support for any system implementation, upgrade, integration, etc.
• The position requires you to be a proactive self-starter capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• You will manage multiple projects independently and achieve strategic initiatives with minimal guidance after onboarding.
• Working hours will be from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
• Your responsibilities include developing and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• You will collaborate with business analysts and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• The role requires designing and implementing complex Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
• You will integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications will be part of your duties.
• You will participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and evaluating their impact on applications is essential.
• You will provide technical support and expertise to other team members and stakeholders.
• The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including business teams, auditors, and system administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
• You will mentor junior developers and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

• You must have 7+ years of increasing responsibility in Salesforce for Sales cloud, CPQ, Revenue cloud, and Zuora Billing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or an equivalent degree is required.
• Experience with any ERP systems (like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP) is a plus.
