Description:

The position is to be filled at one of Nagarro's locations or remotely throughout Germany.
As an SAP Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful preparation and realization of SAP projects in the SAP Cloud unit.
You will manage project planning regarding time, capacity, and budget, conducting regular planning iterations.
You will oversee the entire course of the project with all involved project teams across all phases, ensuring project results regarding time, quality, and costs.
You will steer daily project work, clarify customer requirements, and translate them into SAP processes.
You will prepare and conduct workshops at the management level.
Additionally, you will be responsible for presales activities and the establishment and maintenance of customer relationships.

Requirements:

You must have extensive project management experience, showcasing an analytical mindset and the ability to present complex concepts clearly and tailored to the target audience.
You should have in-depth experience with both classical and agile project management methodologies, preferably hybrid approaches, and ideally knowledge in one or more SAP modules.
You must be experienced with the SAP Activate methodology.
You should possess well-founded presales experience and present a confident demeanor when engaging with customers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present information in a stakeholder-oriented manner are essential.
You must have the ability to simplify complex situations into easily understandable content and inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
You need to have business-fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
