Description:

The position is for an SAP Crystal Reports Developer with a focus on accounting tasks, and it offers a work-from-home setup.

The work schedule is from Monday to Tuesday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT.
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
The role involves analyzing income statements and other financial reports, summarizing findings for management review.
The developer will utilize advanced Excel functions and macros to streamline reporting processes.
Generating reports using Crystal Reports and assisting in the development of automated reporting solutions is required.
Collaboration with upper management to present financial findings clearly and effectively is essential.
Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, including AI tools for reporting, is expected.
Support for month-end closing processes and assistance with financial audits as needed is part of the job.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in an accounting role with a solid understanding of GAAP is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in functions, formulas, and macros, is necessary.
Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
A demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in AI for automation, is expected.
