Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAS Administrator to join our team and support the operations of a key Life Sciences customer.
The role involves overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the client's SAS environment, ensuring it runs efficiently and securely.
You will be responsible for managing user access, maintaining system performance, handling data integration, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of SAS services.
Responsibilities include performing SAS installation and SAS Studio setup, ensuring all components are properly deployed and configured.
You will manage system updates, patches, and monitor performance to maintain optimal functionality of the SAS environment.
The role requires overseeing account management and implementing access control measures to ensure secure and efficient user management.
You will handle data integration tasks and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard data and ensure availability.
Providing comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems in the SAS environment, is also part of the job.

Strong experience with SAS Installation, Configuration, and System Maintenance is required.
Expertise in User Management, including Account Management and Access Control within SAS environments, is necessary.
A solid background in Data Management, including Data Integration and Backup/Recovery procedures in SAS, is essential.
Proven ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for SAS systems is a must.

The position is remote, but only for candidates based in Portugal.
It offers project-based and B2B collaboration opportunities.
Daily rates range from 200 to 270 euros gross per day.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00 Portugal Time.
