• Inflection.io is still in startup mode with approximately 30 employees and is looking for an SDE3 to help propel the company forward.
• The position is for a Backend Software Engineer, and it is available in multiple locations including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and also offers remote work options.
• Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems, collaborating with engineers and product managers, providing technical leadership and mentorship, writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, staying updated with industry trends, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C# is required.
• A strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
• A proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems is expected.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively are important.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
