Remote Security Engineer

Description:

• Mantle Network is seeking a Security Engineer to enhance the security of its EVM-compatible Ethereum layer 2 ecosystem.
• The role involves identifying and assessing security risks during the development process, conducting code audits, testing before deployment, and monitoring risks post-launch.
• The engineer will be responsible for managing security vulnerabilities, providing support for remediation until vulnerabilities are resolved.
• The position includes delivering security training to developers and offering effective solutions to security issues in code.
• The engineer will respond to security incidents promptly and resolve any emerging security problems.
• Continuous tracking and analysis of relevant intelligence in the field will be required for risk warning purposes.
• Regular coordination with business departments to update on the latest security status, requirements, and standards will be part of the role.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in penetration testing and code auditing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Node.js or Golang, is necessary.
• Knowledge of security incident response techniques and processes is essential.
• Familiarity with penetration testing and APT attack and defense techniques, including internal network penetration methods, is required.
• Understanding of common internet business security design and best practices for data security is necessary.
• Familiarity with common cryptographic signing algorithms, TLS, OAuth, JWT, and related technologies is required.
• Knowledge of the basic working principles of common public chains (BTC/ETH) and digital currency wallets is essential.
• The candidate should demonstrate proactive thinking and strong learning abilities.
