Remote Security Engineer

Description:

• As a Founding Security Engineer at Casca, you will shape the future of secure AI-powered fintech.
• You will be the cornerstone of the security program, building a robust infrastructure to protect millions of customers' financial data while enabling rapid AI innovation.
• Your role involves architecting the entire security infrastructure from scratch, collaborating with the engineering team, Chief Risk Officer, and CTO.

• You will lead SOC 1 & SOC 2 compliance while maintaining an aggressive pace of innovation.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of information security experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.
• Strong experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
• You should possess deep knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience with compliance standards including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS is necessary.
• Strong coding abilities in Python, Go, or similar languages are required.
• You should have experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and WAF.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are a must.
