Description:
The Security Field Engineer will assist in managing customer engagements both before and after implementation for technical-based requests.
Responsibilities include ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive customer traction, and implementing customer success criteria during and after pilot phases.
Requirements:
Experience in managing ongoing or in-progress customer engagements.
Ability to work closely with the platform product team on customer requests, bugs, or enhancements.
Proficiency in developing and integrating specific customer detection use cases or integrations.
Knowledge of normalization of datasets/logins in customer environments.
Skilled in assisting with customer presentations, demos, etc.
Capability to aid in the automation of tasks related to customer onboarding.
Involvement in new feature development and product strategy based on customer usage and feedback.
