HomeBuddy is seeking a Security Focused DevOps Engineer for a full-time position with home working flexibility.

Responsibilities include collaborating with security and development teams, implementing infrastructure hardening practices, supporting vulnerability management processes, automating security-related tasks, and enforcing security policies across environments.
Additional tasks involve deployment, support, configuration, and optimization of infrastructure, centralized management of product segments, CI/CD, setting up monitoring systems, describing infrastructure as code, implementing best practices for developer-system interaction, and preparing technical documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in DevOps and be an advanced user of Linux administration.
Experience with web servers such as Nginx, HAProxy, or Traefic is required.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket) and integration of security tools (e.g., Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube) is necessary.
Knowledge of containerization/virtualization (Docker), Terraform, Ansible, monitoring and logging systems, and Git version control is essential.
Experience with AWS and knowledge of security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, CIS Benchmarks) is required.
A strong understanding of security best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines is crucial.
Candidates must possess a very good level of English (at least upper-intermediate), and fluency in Russian is a plus.
