Remote Security Operations Administrator- VA ESOM

Description:

• IT Concepts is seeking an experienced Security Operations Administrator to support the VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.
• The role involves coordinating and executing security- and suitability-related program operations.
• Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating activities, monitoring compliance, and providing administrative support for smooth program operations.
• The ideal candidate should have project management skills, analytical thinking, a proactive problem-solving approach, and strong attention to detail.
• Key tasks include minimizing mistakes in security paperwork communication, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, and identifying areas for improvement.
• The position is fully remote and requires working during EST hours.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a security coordinator or operations support position is necessary.
• Knowledge of government contracting, security regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
• Experience in coordinating complex program operations and managing detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders is required.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation is crucial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets are needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required.
• Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders and must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Tier 4 clearance.
