Remote Security Operations Engineer

Description:

• The Cyber Security Operations Engineer at blueAPACHE is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining customer environments.
• The role involves creating documentation on various processes and procedures.
• The Security Operations Engineer must possess a good range of technical capabilities in line with managed technologies and be able to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with proven performance in Security Operations.
• Proficiency in managing and administering/configuring Security Solutions like End Point Security, CrowdStrike, SIEM (Rapid7), Vulnerability Management (Rapid7), IAM (CyberArk), Security Awareness, Phishing Simulation (KnowBe4, Mimecast), and Application Whitelisting solutions.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ASD Essential 8, NIST, etc.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and documentation repositories like ServiceNow, Confluence.
• Experience in Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Management, and driving Vulnerability Management Programs.
• General Infrastructure and Network awareness.
• Ability to interact with customers regularly.
