Description:

The position is for a Security Operations Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The candidate should have demonstrated experience with proven performance within Security Operations.
Experience with Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation tools such as KnowBe4 and Mimecast is required, along with knowledge of Application Whitelisting solutions like Airlock and Microsoft Security.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as ASD Essential 8 and NIST is necessary.
The role involves managing and configuring various Security Solutions including End Point Security (MS Defender, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike), SIEM (Rapid7, Sentinel), Vulnerability Management (Rapid7, Nessus, Qualys), and IAM (CyberArk).
The engineer will provide 2nd level technical support within agreed SLA agreements.
Adherence to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per bA/customer standards (ITIL Framework) is expected.
The role includes creating and maintaining technical documentation for bA customer environments.
The engineer will provide escalated support from service desk teams and customers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Security Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
Proven performance within Security Operations is essential.
Experience with Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation tools such as KnowBe4 and Mimecast is required.
Knowledge of Application Whitelisting solutions like Airlock and Microsoft Security is necessary.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as ASD Essential 8 and NIST is required.
Candidates should have experience handling ITSM tools and documentation repositories such as ServiceNow and Confluence.
