Principal Technical Consultants are experts in information security and governance or compliance, supporting the Security and Compliance Practice in various activities.
They collaborate with a diverse team to meet client expectations through scoped engagements.
Principal Consultants lead client engagements, managing project tasks, producing collateral, and presenting artifacts.
They support business development by qualifying client needs and demonstrating capabilities.
The role involves facilitating strategy sessions, managing project objectives, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting services.
Principal Consultants maintain subject matter expertise in security domains and contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings.

Requirements:

An undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences or Business Management is preferred but not required.
Candidates should have previously worked in a leadership or program director role.
A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must hold at least 3 professional and/or technical certifications relevant to AHEAD’s Security service portfolio.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable addressing groups in both virtual and in-person settings.
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to solve complex, abstract problems are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities are necessary.
Candidates should exhibit executive presence and leadership characteristics.
Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent is required.
