Remote Security Team Lead & Architect

• Responsibilities include reviewing and driving long-term technical direction, being involved in architecture and design, and coding.

• The technology stack includes low-level C code, cloud services, AI algorithms, and Python expertise.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software development in the security field, preferably in networking, cyber security methodologies, AppSec, denial-of-service attacks, and API threats.
• Deep domain knowledge and hands-on capabilities in security areas are required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Linux, particularly with popular distributions such as CentOS and Debian, is necessary.
• Excellent leadership, collaborative management practices, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates should foster a team culture of mentorship and collaboration.
• The ability to collaborate with the team to determine and implement the company's values, vision, and strategic goals is important.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required.
• Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) events is a plus.
