Remote Security Team Lead & Architect

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software development within the security field, preferably in areas such as networking, cyber security methodologies, AppSec, denial-of-service attacks, and API threats.
• Deep domain knowledge and hands-on capabilities in security areas are essential.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Linux, particularly with popular distributions like CentOS and Debian, is required.
• Excellent leadership and collaborative management practices, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary.
• Candidates should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, fostering a team culture of mentorship and collaboration.
• The ability to collaborate with the team to determine and implement the company's values, vision, and strategic goals is important.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required.
• Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) events is considered a plus.
