The company is seeking a Group Lead/Architect for the IDS/IPS team to join their international team.

The role requires owning the technical output of the IDS/IPS team, ensuring high technical standards through processes like technical design, code reviews, testing, and rollout.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software development within the security field, preferably in areas such as networking, cyber security methodologies, AppSec, denial-of-service attacks, and API threats.
Deep domain knowledge and hands-on capabilities in security areas are essential.
Extensive hands-on experience with Linux, particularly with popular distributions like CentOS and Debian, is required.
Excellent leadership and collaborative management practices, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, fostering a team culture of mentorship and collaboration.
The ability to collaborate with the team to determine and implement the company's values, vision, and strategic goals is important.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required.
Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) events is considered a plus.
