Description:
The Senior Account Director will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic customers who will use fabric’s Commerce Platform, with a targeted focus on the Order Management System (OMS).
This role involves identifying strategic new customers, designing the go-to-market strategy, and maximizing customer value propositions and experiences.
The Senior Account Director will build their own pipeline, close and manage a book of business, and ensure long-term success for strategic platform and OMS customers.
The position requires comfort in engaging with C-suite decision makers and proficiency in understanding e-commerce and retail businesses.
Responsibilities include leading a consultative, end-to-end sales process for new strategic customers, articulating and demonstrating fabric’s value proposition, and leading complex conversations with retail executives, operators, and developers.
The role also involves understanding customer business and technical challenges, creating and refining the go-to-market playbook, and partnering with Marketing for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of previous SAAS B2B Sales experience in a quota-carrying, closing role.
A minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce experience, specifically as an OMS expert, is required.
Experience in building a book of business from scratch and securing strategic customers and referrals is essential.
Proven ability to close large multi-year software subscription deals is necessary.
A track record of exceeding 100% quota attainment is required.
Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
Candidates should have experience selling transformation or visionary solutions and be fluent in complex technology conversations.
A self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is essential.
A relentless passion for helping customers grow their businesses, along with being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized, is required.
A team player mindset is necessary for this role.

The position offers a competitive salary, with an annual base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, along with a variable compensation package and equity options.
