Description:

  • Workato is seeking an exceptional Embedded Account Executive to join their growing team in a remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
  • The responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • The candidate will be expected to meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting is required.
  • The role demands a deep understanding of the product and technical proficiency.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements is essential.
  • The candidate should be a company builder and share best practices back into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role.
  • Hunting and Account Management experience is required, specifically handling and owning relationships with OEM partners.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota is necessary.
  • The candidate should be an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A desire to build something new that can change the world, rather than fitting into a large company with an established static playbook, is essential.
