Description:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for selling the organization’s products directly to new and existing customers within an assigned geographic territory or list of accounts.
They will ensure continued sales growth within the territory by generating revenue on assigned accounts through excellent relationship management and account planning.
The Account Manager will identify up- and cross-selling opportunities based on customer vision and strategy, manage P&L, and provide high-quality service and advice to customers.
Responsibilities include creating and executing account plans, building strong long-term customer relationships, ensuring all work is covered by signed contracts, utilizing presales knowledge for sales opportunities, managing proposals, and translating customer business needs into Quistor solutions.
Requirements:
Must create and execute account plans based on a template.
Should build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
Responsible for ensuring all work is covered by signed contracts.
Must utilize presales knowledge for up- and cross-selling opportunities.
Acts as a bid manager and ensures timely submission of proposals.
Should gather competitor information and market trends to enhance account growth.
Must have a high-level understanding of offerings and their unique selling points.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and other European languages.
Requires 10 years of experience in account management and consultancy.
Extensive experience in selling Oracle Cloud Technology, Managed Services, and Oracle Applications, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Technology (IaaS & PaaS) and Oracle JD Edwards.
