Remote Senior AEM Backend Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior AEM Backend Engineer at 3Pillar, you will collaborate with industry leaders on transformative projects in various sectors such as urban living, enterprise companies, and healthcare.
• Your role involves architecting solutions that reshape entire industries, going beyond code composition.
• Key responsibilities include effective communication with client project stakeholders, crafting efficient and performant client code, accurate planning and estimation, gathering requirements, and engaging in agile software development.
• You will promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and drive solutions.
• Additionally, you will participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentor others, and drive project delivery within defined architecture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in BE - Java, with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles and high-level design proficiency.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies and creating well-tested, scalable enterprise-level systems.
• Proficiency in English language and familiarity with SOLID principles and OWASP.
• Additional desired experience includes Object-Relational Mappers, Architectural and Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Cloud environments, Containers using Docker/Kubernetes, and previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
