Description:

Ema is building next-generation AI technology to empower employees in enterprises to be more creative and productive.
The Senior AI Application Engineer will provide post-deployment support for Ema’s Agent Assist/Chatbot product.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-focused problem-solving.
Responsibilities include configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI solutions for customers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
The engineer will manage complex deployments and solutions for enterprise customers with minimal guidance.
Key tasks involve configuring and integrating AI workflows, translating customer requirements into technical solutions, and developing automation tasks using Python and SQL.
The role also includes designing and analyzing A/A experiments, monitoring AI workflows, providing proactive solutions to customers, and diagnosing platform issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience.
Significant experience in AI/LLM application development, including building agents and workflows, is required.
Experience in setting up and supporting ML Systems or AI Agents is a plus.
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and managing complex deployments independently is essential.
Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, especially in production environments, and be able to recommend solutions to improve performance metrics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting is required, along with familiarity with integration protocols like JSON, REST, and SOAP.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should demonstrate ownership, initiative, curiosity for continuous learning, and customer empathy.
