Description:

As a Senior AI Developer at Freedom Property Investors, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and systems to enhance property investment strategies.
You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to create intelligent solutions that provide actionable insights and improve decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing AI algorithms for a calling and messaging system, integrating speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, and designing and optimizing machine learning models for voice interaction.
You will apply machine learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the calling and messaging system, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Testing and debugging the AI calling system to ensure reliability and performance is also part of your role, along with continuously improving the system based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is required.
You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is necessary.
Knowledge of NLP and speech recognition technologies is required.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark will be an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models is needed.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this position.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
Experience in developing and deploying AI-driven applications, preferably in QA systems or similar domains, is a plus.
Technical requirements include a Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+, a minimum of 256GB storage space, 8GB RAM, a dual-core CPU, an HD webcam (720p), a noise-cancelling headset, and a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.

The pay starts from 1,00,000 INR monthly, depending on skills and experience.
This is a full-time remote or work-from-home position with a day shift in AEST.
